Delivery charges are included in your final shopping cart total. Delivery charges are based on the items in your basket, and this charge is applicable on deliveries to the mainland UK. Additional charges may apply on delivery to Scotland, the Scottish Highlands, and Islands. If additional charges apply to your order, a member of our team will contact you before processing the order to advise on the delivery cost. Every effort is taken to ensure orders are delivered by the date stated. However, we cannot guarantee delivery schedules. We will communicate any changes to your delivery date by email or telephone. If a delivery attempt is made and not possible, we reserve the right to add a failed delivery charge.
Some deliveries require manually off-loading or mechanical off-loading equipment to accept the order. Tail-life and crane-lift facilities may be available (at an extra cost).
Orders received after midday on a Friday or a weekend will be processed on the following Monday. Please note, our delivery times are estimated and based on a five-day week.
We use national couriers and pallet distribution companies to deliver goods. Orders may also come directly from the manufacturer.
If you require a delivery to be made to an address with restricted access or outside mainland UK, please contact us before placing your order. Additional charges may apply, and we refuse the right to deliver your order if access restrictions are not communicated beforehand.
Restricted access examples include double yellow lines, a red route, narrow lanes, steep hills, low bridges, and width-restricted roads.
Some of the products you order may come from multiple sources and direct from the manufacturer. Depending on stock levels, your order may also be split into more than one delivery.
You will be notified when your order or part of the order is dispatched. If we encounter stock issues or delays, we will contact you by email or telephone.

Please note: some deliveries can only be made to the kerbside.
Please check our order and delivery thoroughly before signing for them. If there are damaged or faulty parts, please contact our customer care team by phone or email.
Do not accept orders that contain damaged products. Orders received and not checked will be deemed in good condition. Once your order is accepted, the risk of damage or fault passes to you.
Our postage and carriage costs reflect your order's size and weight and will always be shown separately in the shopping cart.
